Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in program/project management in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project, Planview) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned Program(s) and develop Program Plans with recovery actions as needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain timelines and KPIs.
• Manage customer relationships and contract implications where applicable.
• Provide weekly and monthly status updates to PMO and leadership.
