Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Program Manager for Aerospace, Military & Defense Programs in Santa Ana, onsite. The role owns multiple programs end-to-end, driving cost, schedule and technical performance from proposal through delivery. 5+ years of aerospace/defense program management is required, with a BS in a technical, business, or financial field.

Qualifications

5+ years program management experience with an aerospace, military, or defense focus.
Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or financial discipline.

Responsibilities

Own execution of one or more programs across their full life cycle, serving as primary customer contact and leading reviews on cost, schedule, and technical performance for aerospace, military, and defense platforms.
Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs or subsystems of major programs.
Lead customer program review sessions and monthly internal program reviews.
Direct cross-functional teams spanning engineering, manufacturing, and administrative functions.
Establish milestones, monitor adherence to master schedules, and build recovery plans for off-schedule events.
Support proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, contract negotiations and changes, and expand the product line with the customer.
