Job summary

PacSci EMC, a Ralliant operating company, seeks a Program Manager to own a broad portfolio of mature aerospace and defense programs. You will be the primary external customer-facing leader responsible for execution, bookings, proposals, and cross-functional recovery actions.

You will manage multiple complex programs, communicate with customers, and drive program financial performance with support from Finance and Pricing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Program Management experience preferred; exceptional candidates with ~3 years may be considered.
• Experience directly managing external customers and high-visibility relationships.
• Experience managing multiple complex programs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and lead cross-functional recovery actions.
• Experience with proposals, pricing, contracts, and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution for a broad portfolio of mature aerospace and defense programs.
• Serve as the primary external customer-facing representative for PacSci EMC.
• Manage multiple complex programs balancing customer priorities, schedules, and finances.
• Maintain frequent customer communication and lead recovery plans when needed.
• Own program financial performance including ETC/EAC, forecasting, and margins.
• Prepare program reviews, updates, and executive-level presentations.
