Job summary

Zenix Aerospace AMT/Damar is seeking a Program Manager 2 to serve as the critical liaison between customers and internal teams, planning and controlling production orders while ensuring deadlines and quality. The role requires independent judgment and strong communication within a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.

You will forecast demand, manage schedules, and negotiate with customers on pricing, lead times, and expediting charges, while upholding safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate and communicate clearly under deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Maintain high ethical standards with personnel, suppliers and customers.
• Demonstrated track record in tier 1 program management.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle and manage communications with assigned customers.
• Resolve emergent situations during and outside business hours.
• Conduct high-level program reviews for customers.
• Create recovery actions for late-delivery products.
• Respond to engineering change requests to optimize costs.
• Negotiate with customers on spares pricing, lead times, and expediting charges.
• Forecast demand and manage shipping date estimates.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
