Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with new product introduction (NPI) is preferred.
• Knowledge of US government contracts (FAR/DFAR) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Distributes project documentation for review and revisions.
• Monitors budgets and forecasts; tracks cost, margin, and revenue.
• Manages milestones from start to finish of the lifecycle.
• Identifies risks and provides solutions to minimize risks.
• Defines objectives and oversees quality control for programs.
• Facilitates timely decisions to maintain schedule and budget; reports progress to management.
• Serves as primary customer contact for assigned programs.
• Manages changes in scope and contract terms; handles customer change requests.
• Supports cost audits for pricing packages (DCMA/DCAA).
• Identifies process improvements in execution, manufacturing efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensures compliance with FAR/DFAR and calibration/storage controls.
• Leads and directs cross-functional teams to task completion.
• Uses professional judgment for decisions affecting programs.
