Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management or related field.
• Knowledge of program management philosophies and processes.
• Thrive in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Proposal Review: evaluate technical and business aspects of customer requests and bids.
• Program Planning: create and maintain detailed program plans with milestones.
• IPT Leadership: lead cross-functional teams and ensure manufacturability within cost targets.
• Customer Coordination: maintain positive relationships and coordinate progress reviews.
• Scope Management: manage changes and document approvals.
• Cost Management: monitor non-recurring costs and keep focus on design-to-cost targets.
• Schedule Management: develop and maintain a detailed program schedule; ensure stakeholders understand it.
• Issue/Risk Management: identify and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Transition To Production: facilitate production readiness and smooth handover.
• Metrics & Progress Reviews: disseminate program data and track milestones.
• Mentor Program Managers as needed.
