Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams through proposal, development, and readiness reviews. You will oversee schedules, costs, and technical scopes to ensure on-time delivery to production.

Responsibilities include bid package coordination, plan development, risk management, and customer communications to maintain program success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management or related project management roles.
• Strong leadership of cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage cost, schedule, and scope within aerospace programs.

Responsibilities

• Proposal review and evaluation of customer requests and change orders.
• Lead elements of bid packages, SOW, cost estimates and schedules.
• Create and monitor detailed program plans to hit milestones.
• Lead IPTs across functions to ensure manufacturability and cost targets.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for reviews and progress.
• Manage scope, risks, and changes with formal processes.
• Drive transition from development to production readiness.
