The position requires 5–10 years in program management, strong PM methodology, and BS in Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of program management experience.
• Expert in PM philosophies and processes.
• BS degree in Engineering or technical discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and cost/schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate RFPs and change requests.
• Create and update detailed program plans.
• Lead IPTs and coordinate reviews to ensure manufacturability and cost targets.
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships and progress reviews.
• Manage scope, changes, and risk through standard processes.
• Transition product to production via readiness reviews.
• Disseminate program metrics and status to stakeholders.
