Venteon seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead aerospace manufacturing programs near Cincinnati, OH. You will coordinate with operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in aerospace PM, a solid grasp of MRP/ERP systems, AS9100 experience, and strong communication skills to drive cross-functional excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of Program Management experience in aerospace manufacturing.
Experience managing customer programs for aerospace OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, APQP, and PPAP.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production scheduling.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned aerospace customer programs from award through production and delivery.
Manage overall program performance including schedule, cost, quality, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery.
Lead customer communications, program reviews, milestone meetings, and issue resolution.
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, risk registers, and action plans.
Monitor program budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
Work with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain to resolve manufacturing challenges.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve throughput and delivery performance.
Support production scheduling and capacity planning to meet customer commitments.
