Venteon seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead aerospace manufacturing programs near Cincinnati, OH. You will coordinate with operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in aerospace PM, a solid grasp of MRP/ERP systems, AS9100 experience, and strong communication skills to drive cross-functional excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Program Management experience in aerospace manufacturing.
• Experience managing customer programs for aerospace OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, APQP, and PPAP.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned aerospace customer programs from award through production and delivery.
• Manage overall program performance including schedule, cost, quality, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery.
• Lead customer communications, program reviews, milestone meetings, and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, risk registers, and action plans.
• Monitor program budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Work with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain to resolve manufacturing challenges.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve throughput and delivery performance.
• Support production scheduling and capacity planning to meet customer commitments.
