Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, supply chain, or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent program management qualification a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specs, drawings for microelectronics and semiconductors.
• Experience managing multi‑discipline programs with cost, schedule and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans (scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk).
• Plan, issue, and control material demand to meet production scheduling.
• Advise management on WIP status, material availability, and production issues.
