You will apply your project management focus to ensure safe, timely delivery of multiple small to mid-sized capital facilities projects, collaborating with engineers, planners and stakeholders.

This role requires coordinating RFIs/RFPs, scope reviews, budget estimates and on-site oversight, with opportunities to advance in a dynamic, cross-functional team that values curiosity,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration with related experience.
• Proven experience working on Facility Capital Improvement projects, manufacturing and assembly facilities.
• Experience in aerospace facilities.
• Knowledge of all phases of project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare RFIs and RFPs, review project scope and contract values.
• Provide project oversight to all craft trades at site.
• Contribute to planning phase to develop scope details, execution plans and budgets.
• Manage site work and project controls to guide outcomes for the client and Jacobs.
