This role is based onsite with the client, coordinating with stakeholders, designers, contractors, and project teams to deliver projects from planning through closeout. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, risk, and contract administration, ensuring alignment with program objectives while building strong client relationships and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing aviation, airport, or large capital infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of project planning, design, construction, contract administration, and project controls.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from planning through construction and closeout.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder coordination to deliver outcomes.
• Provide Owner's Representative oversight, support procurement and contract administration, and monitor performance.
