Responsibilities

• Establishes the framework and conditions for smooth execution of the program;
• Pass on program objectives to functional departments within delegated scope;
• Manage program team and all aspects of the program (cost, schedule, quality, lead-time);
• Ensure information shared with the customer is consistent;
• Interface with the customer to identify sales opportunities and grow the business;
• Lead the program team through development and sustaining phases;
• Coordinate interactions between departments to ensure on-time, quality delivery;
• Drive program changes and continuous improvement;
• Oversee contractual requirements and commercial performance;
• Travel: up to 25% domestically/internationally.
