Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics is hiring a Program Manager in Elyria, OH to lead cross-functional teams from proposal through production readiness. The role emphasizes schedule milestones, cost targets, and customer satisfaction across development programs.

The successful candidate will manage IPTs, coordinate reviews, and ensure manufacturability while meeting program targets. A BS in engineering or technical field and 5+ years PM experience in aerospace/related industries are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or technical discipline is required.
• 5+ years in program management or related PM roles, preferably aerospace or automotive.
• Strong leadership, planning, and cost/control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate technical and business aspects of proposals and change requests.
• Lead IPTs and coordinate cross-functional reviews for manufacturability and cost targets.
• Develop and manage program plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Monitor risks, costs, and changes through the program lifecycle.
• Coordinate transition to production and provide status reporting to stakeholders.
