Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics seeks a Program Manager in Elyria, OH to lead cross‑functional teams from proposal through production, ensuring milestones, cost targets, and customer satisfaction are achieved.

You will oversee IPTs, manage scope and risks, coordinate with supply chain and operations, and drive programs from design to production readiness with adherence to Crane processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management or related project management role, preferably in automotive, aerospace or medical industries.
• Expert in Program Management philosophies and processes with technical aptitude to understand design and production.
• BS degree in Engineering or a technical discipline; PMI or PMI-like training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate technical and business aspects of customer requests and proposals.
• Create, monitor, and update program plans to meet milestones and cost targets.
• Lead IPTs and coordinate reviews to ensure producibility and cost targets are met.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and coordinate required technical reviews.
• Proactively manage project scope, changes, and risk using standardized processes.
• Monitor and control program costs during D&D phases and drive design to cost.
