Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years related experience in lieu of degree.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• 3+ years' experience in project/program teams.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and manage negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IPT and manage medium to complex programs, including cost, schedule and quality control.
• Clarify RFQ scope with sales and coordinate with estimators on pricing.
• Coordinate with engineering for drawings and technical proposal support.
• Administer and oversee the contract, involve legal as needed, and secure amendments.
