Job summary

SII USA is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead aerospace development programs from kickoff through engineering, certification, production, and customer delivery. This role is customer-facing and cross-functional, coordinating Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Certification, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other stakeholders.

The candidate should have strong program management skills, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, PMP certification, and experience managing

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Program or Project Management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent project/program management certification.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional technical programs.
• Strong experience with schedules, budgets, risk management, customer deliverables, and program reporting.
• Excellent customer-facing, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive teams toward program objectives.
• Aerospace or aviation industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in aircraft interiors, cabin systems, cabin equipment, seating, monuments, or other cabin-related products is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with FAA/EASA certification processes is preferred.
• Experience working with manufacturing, production, and/or suppliers is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and project management tools

Responsibilities

• Manage aerospace programs throughout the full project lifecycle, from planning and development through production and delivery
• Develop and maintain program schedules, milestones, budgets, deliverables, and action plans
• Track program performance related to schedule, cost, scope, quality, and risk
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Certification, Supply Chain, and Procurement
• Act as a key interface with customers, ensuring clear communication regarding program status, priorities, risks, and deliverables
• Identify program risks and drive mitigation and recovery plans
• Manage changes in scope, requirements, schedules, and priorities
• Support certification activities and coordinate related program deliverables
• Work with suppliers and internal teams to address supply chain or production constraints
• Lead regular program reviews and provide clear status reporting to customers and management

What We’re Looking For

The Profile

We are looking for a hands-on Program Manager who is comfortable working in a technical aerospace environment, interacting directly with customers, and driving cross-functional teams to meet program commitments.

Candidates with experience in aircraft interiors or cabin-related programs are particularly encouraged to apply, although we are also open to strong Program Managers coming from other aerospace or aviation environments.
