Job summary

Piper Aircraft is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to support the financial execution of Cost-Plus and Firm-Fixed-Price programs. The role partners with program management and cross-functional teams to drive program performance, ensure financial integrity, and support strategic decision-making.

Key duties include budgeting, forecasting, bid/proposal support, financial reporting, and overseeing billing and revenue recognition processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience preferably in Aerospace or General Aviation.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships, earn trust, and thrive in a diversified environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with creating financial forecasts.
• Specific experience with LN ERP System.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for programs.
• Lead bids/proposals, program billing/invoicing, and forecasting.
• Ensure inventory transactional integrity between Piper core business and PIMCO.
• Analyze program costs and revenue recognition in line with budget.
• Prepare weekly/monthly program financial reports.
• Advise management on adherence to Finance policies.
• Own ERP program system management and process improvements.
