Job summary

ICEYE US in Irvine seeks a Senior Program Finance & Pricing Analyst to lead financial execution across aerospace programs, from labor and material bids to baselines and execution. You will collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Operations to track milestones, analyze variances, and ensure strict FAR/DFARS compliance.

Strong Excel models and ERP transition experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive program finance, cost control, or proposal pricing experience in Aerospace & Defense.
• Knowledge of FAR and DFARS provisions, TINA compliance, forward pricing rates, indirect rates, allowable costs, and Disclosure Statements.
• Proven mastery tracking and billing for fixed-price and cost-reimbursable contracts.
• Experience pricing complex engineering development projects and developing cost/price volumes for RFPs.
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP/MRP tools and QuickBooks Enterprise is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build labor pricing and cost models for engineering development and manufacturing proposals; create Basis of Estimates and cost volumes.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reviews, EAC updates, and WBS cost tracking.
• Monitor cost and schedule performance, identify variances, and drive corrective actions.
• Manage program budgets, AOPs, and long-term forecasts.
• Lead financial management of FFP, CPFF/CPA F/CPIF, and T&M contracts with profitability metrics.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing on BOM cost planning and material variances.
• Align budgets with IMS and technical milestones for cash flow and revenue recognition.
• Generate monthly EACs and analyze actuals against budgets.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/CAS and internal controls; support audits.
• Design and transition finance processes toward future ERP implementation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to present financial data clearly.
