Job summary
ICEYE US in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Program Finance & Pricing Analyst to lead financial execution, cost proposal development, and regulatory compliance across aerospace programs. You will partner with PM, Eng, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Ops to track milestones, analyze variances, and build scalable financial models.
The role requires 5+ years in program finance or pricing, strong FAR/DFARS/TINA experience, and expertise in complex labor/material cost forecasting.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive program finance or pricing in Aerospace & Defense.
- Thorough knowledge of FAR/DFARS, TINA compliance.
- Experience pricing complex engineering projects.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Proposal Pricing: Build labor pricing and cost models for proposals; generate BOEs and cost volumes.
- Financial Tracking & Reporting: Prepare monthly/quarterly reviews and EAC updates.
- Program Cost Monitoring & Variance Analysis: Track cost/schedule performance and drive corrective actions.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Build budgets, AOPs, and long-term financial forecasts.
- Contract Vehicle Management: Manage FFP, CPFF/CPAF/CPIF, and T&M structures.
