Job summary

SNC is seeking a Program Financial Analyst I to review, monitor, and control project data for internal and external reporting across DoD and civilian programs. The role includes budgeting, cost proposals, pricing documentation, and cost variance analysis to maintain baselines.

The BA Finance team focuses on reporting, dashboards, automation, AI adoption, and stakeholder presentations. Candidates should have a finance degree and Excel proficiency, with 0–2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of financial analysis, project control, or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to effectively communicate program and financial information.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control complex project data for internal and external project reporting.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Monitor and report on outstanding work against each contract to maintain baselines.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
