Qualifications

• Ten years plus in leading or supporting complex design, development, manufacturing, or operations programs.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary engineering teams in defense or aerospace.
• Strong communication, proactive problem solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with PM and Eng teams.
• Oversee project financials and resource planning.
• Manage project and program deliverables across stakeholders.
• Track team tasks and labor; ensure V&V alignment.
• Decompose requirements for tasking and verification.
• Communicate project health to internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and host design reviews and technical meetings.
• Analyze technical data to inform decisions.
• Coordinate scheduling and cooperation across teams and subcontractors.
