Job summary

Qarbon Aerospace in Milledgeville, GA is seeking a Program Cost Analyst to support program and manufacturing costs, forecast fiscal outcomes, and connect production data to program-level reporting. This individual contributor role collaborates with program, operations, and finance leadership to explain costs and variances.

You will work with ERP/MRP systems to reconcile costs, prepare EAC inputs, and contribute to monthly variance analysis and earned value reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business Admin.
• 3–7 years of cost accounting or financial analysis experience; aerospace/defense preferred.
• Working knowledge of cost accounting and EAC principles.
• Ability to work under general supervision and solve moderately complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Administer assigned program cost and prepare fiscal forecasts from historical cost and current production data.
• Compile and review program spend using actual performance, prior figures, estimated revenue, and expense data; analyze variances.
• Analyze manufacturing cost data including standard cost, overhead, and WIP; reconcile job cost data between ERP/MRP and GL.
• Prepare EAC inputs and supporting analysis; perform monthly variance analysis and support earned value reporting.
• Support labor, overhead, and burden cost rate maintenance; assist with headcount forecasts by program.
• Maintain historical cost records and prepare regular management reports.
• Serve as contact on contracts/projects, coordinating with program management, contracts, operations, and finance.
