Job summary

Qarbon Aerospace, a world-class aerospace and defense manufacturer, is seeking a Cost Analyst to join our finance team in Milledgeville, GA. You will support program and manufacturing costs, help connect production data to program-level reporting, and contribute to fiscal forecasting.

The role is an individual contributor with collaboration across program, operations, and finance leadership. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in accounting/finance and 3–7 years of cost accounting or financial

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field or equivalent experience.
3–7 years of cost accounting or financial analysis experience; aerospace/manufacturing preferred.
U.S. Person status required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Administer program cost and prepare fiscal forecasts from historical data.
Compile and review program spend; compare actual costs to forecast; investigate variances.
Analyze manufacturing costs and reconcile ERP/MRP data with the general ledger.
Prepare EAC inputs and perform monthly variance analyses; support earned value reporting.
Support labor, overhead, and burden rate maintenance; assist with headcount forecasts.
Maintain historical cost records and provide regular management reports.
Coordinate with program management, contracts, operations, and finance on contracts.
