Qarbon Aerospace, Inc. in Milledgeville, GA is seeking a Cost Analyst to support program and manufacturing costs, forecast fiscal outcomes, and connect production data to program-level reporting.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. You will collaborate with program, operations, and finance leadership to analyze costs and explain variances, while maintaining cost records and contributing to management reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or closely related field.
• 3–7 years of progressively responsible cost accounting, analysis, or financial analysis experience.
• U.S. Person status required (ITAR/EAR). Not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Administer assigned program cost; prepare fiscal forecasts from historical cost and current production data.
• Compile and review program spend; compare to EAC/forecast and investigate variances.
• Analyze cost data—standard cost, overhead, BOM, scrap variance, WIP—and reconcile ERP/MRP with GL.
• Prepare EAC inputs and supporting analysis; perform monthly variance analysis and support EV reporting.
• Support labor, overhead, and burden cost rate maintenance; contribute to headcount forecasts by program.
• Maintain historical cost records and prepare regular management reports.
• Serve as point of contact on assigned contracts and projects with program management, contracts, operations, and finance.
