Janicki Industries in Hamilton, Washington State, is seeking an Aircraft Systems Technician Lead to head teams executing aircraft systems projects on-site. You will ensure timely, quality work, assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and train technicians while adhering to safety policies.
The role emphasizes reading drawings and procedures, coordinating with supervisors, and performing electrical harness work, testing, and assembly tasks under AS9100-like practices.

We are looking for an Aircraft Systems Technician Lead to join our growing team.
This position is located on-site in Hamilton, Washington State.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Aircraft Systems Technician Lead position involves leading one or more teams in the execution of various aircraft systems projects. The position is responsible for the quality and quantity of work performed under their charge as well as the training and safety of their crew. The primary responsibility of the Aircraft Systems Technician Lead is to ensure the assigned work is completed in a timely manner, this includes assigning and explaining daily tasks to technicians; monitoring work progress and compliance with policies and procedures; training and assisting technicians. The Aircraft Systems Technician Lead will actively participate in classroom and on-the-job training leading to reasonable advancement in skill level, and will work other areas as assigned. Working hours will overlap shift change to facilitate work in progress transition.
