Abrasive Technology in Lewis Center, Ohio, is seeking an Aerospace Electroplating Trainee for the 3rd shift. You’ll be working with metal components, applying plating solutions, and ensuring high-quality finishes through precise processes. What You’ll Do:

• Prepare parts for electroplating by cleaning and inspecting surfaces.
• Operate and monitor electroplating equipment and chemical baths.
• Follow documented procedures for plating operations and quality checks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Take initiative and demonstrate a strong drive for results.
• Follow all company safety policies and practices.
• Work overtime when needed (not mandatory).

What You’ll Bring:

• No prior electroplating experience required — training provided.

The Physical Side:

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds consistently.
