Job summary

Hytek Finishes Co. in Kent, WA seeks a Production Value Stream Manager (VSM) to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced aerospace environment. You will drive productivity, coach leaders, and manage shifts to ensure on-time delivery and quality while fostering continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 5–7 years of management experience.
• Experience in aerospace or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to lead, develop and retain employees.
• Read/Write/Speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Direct production hourly employees across departments.
• Ensure high levels of quality and safety compliance.
• Drive productivity projects to achieve cost savings.
• Collaborate with HR on recruiting, onboarding and development.
• Establish annual goals and monitor progress.
• Lead succession planning and development of leads and experts.
• Develop and maintain Standard Work Instructions for efficiencies.
