Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Production Trainer to lead classroom and hands-on training for production assemblers and technicians. The role develops and updates training plans, evaluates training effectiveness, and reports needs and resources to operations leaders.

The position requires 2–5 years in production, knowledge of processes, quality control, and safety. IPC soldering certs are preferred, with standard manufacturing environment duties and potential overtime

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of experience in a production setting.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and costs.
• IPC Soldering and/or Rework/Repair Certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead classroom and on-the-job training for production assemblers and technicians.
• Develop, maintain, and update training plans; evaluate training effectiveness.
• Coordinate and schedule training; ensure trainees complete the plan and achieve required qualifications.
• Communicate progress to Production Lead and Supervisor; ensure safety and compliance.
