Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Production Trainer to lead classroom and on-the-job training for production assemblers and technicians. The role involves developing, maintaining, and updating training plans and reporting on training needs and resources.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in a production setting, strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, and excellent communication. Overtime flexibility and safety compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-5 years in a production setting.
• Knowledge of production processes and training methods.
• IPC Soldering and/or Rework/Repair certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update training plans for production staff.
• Schedule classroom or OJT training based on input from supervisors.
• Monitor training effectiveness and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure new hires and transfers complete their training plans on time.
• Maintain safety compliance and professional relations within the team.
