Job summary

RTX seeks a Production Test Engineer to join the onsite team at the Diné Facility in Farmington, NM. You will support and validate test equipment, ensure correct operation and documentation, and analyze test data to improve yields and efficiency.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, fault isolation, and leading root-cause investigations while collaborating with manufacturing to deliver compliant hardware. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field required by start date.
• Experience with test equipment and defense manufacturing environments preferred.
• Citizenship required for access to program/contract information.

Responsibilities

• Support validation of new or modified test equipment for production use.
• Ensure operation of test equipment and related instructions are accurate.
• Monitor test processes with predictive metrics for trends, failures, and yields.
• Assist in fault isolation, diagnosis and repair of product or test equipment.
• Lead root cause investigations and present findings.
