Job summary

Crane Aerospace and Electronics in Auburn, CA is seeking a Production Technician to test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify production of assigned products in high-volume test operations. This role requires strong mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills and strict adherence to procedures.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, perform automated and manual testing, and ensure compliance with engineering drawings and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting, circuitry or mechanical characteristics related to production/test areas.
• Ability to learn new test software and equipment.
• Familiarity with a manufacturing or repair environment and data entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify production of assigned products and systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues in test operations.
• Certify as a Crane Designated QA Inspector for product inspections.
• Create non-conformance reports with root cause investigations.
• Interpret work orders, drawings, test procedures, and engineering specs.
