Job summary

Crissair, Inc. in California is seeking an A&T technician to perform all A&T operations within the department, test completed assemblies per ATP using specialized tools, refer to technical drawings and written instructions, and reassemble or rework rejected parts.

The role requires reading blueprints, operating precision equipment, and maintaining a 100% quality rating while documenting test data and adhering to safety standards in a dynamic aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4–7 years related experience.
• Certification in Hydraulic Principles preferred.
• Good command of English; read and interpret safety and maintenance documents.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Set-up tests as required.
• Drill parts using micro-drills and lathes.
• Read pressure gauges and log data to ATP requirements.
• Swedge noses to form 37° and 45°; lock-wire and torque seal parts.
• Identify causes for test failures and propose corrective action.
• Set up and operate micro laser weld machine and drill press.
• Maintain safety standards and keep tools and workplace clean.
• Read and understand blueprints and hydraulic system concepts.
