Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics Fort Walton Beach location seeks a Test Engineering Technician to build, test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify production electronic components and systems. You will apply electronics theory, engineering math, and testing methods to ensure high reliability of electronic and electro-mechanical products.

Responsibilities include fabricating test fixtures, installing systems, diagnosing failures, and performing repairs on test equipment and production test systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Hands-on troubleshooting, fabrication, and equipment repair experience.
• Proficiency with hand, power, and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate test fixtures and custom mechanical/electrical test solutions.
• Install and modify machinery, piping, and power transmission systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures using data, schematics, and testing tools; perform repairs.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs and maintain CMMS records.
