Precision Castparts Corp. in Milwaukie, Oregon is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee hourly manufacturing teams and ensure safe, quality-driven output. You will lead shift operations, train staff, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with the Production Manager to meet schedules.

Competenze

• High school plus college level courses or equivalent training in manufacturing accounting, mathematics, and statistics.
• Additional training in motivation, problem solving and group behavior, or completion of PCC Certificate program.
• Bachelor in Engineering and/or Business preferred.

Mansioni

• Adhere to process control procedures, operating instructions, and quality control instructions to manufacture a quality product with minimal scrap or rework.
• Safely manufacture products, maintain a safe work environment, and enforce safety policy and legal requirements.
• Plan, organize, and supervise shift operations to meet production schedules and supervisor instructions.
• Develop, train, and involve employees in improving departmental efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, cooperation, and morale.

Formazione

Bachelor in Engineering or Business preferred
