Saab Aeronautics Indiana LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor in West Lafayette, Indiana to lead daily aero-structure manufacturing operations. You will coach and develop a high-performing team, drive safety and quality, and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years of aerospace supervision, experience with MES/ERP systems, and a commitment to Saab’s core values. You’ll collaborate across engineering, quality, and production support, support recruiting and training, and maintain

Competenze

• 3–5 years of supervisory/people leadership experience in aerospace.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Experience using MES and ERP systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lead across departments and align on goals.
• Flexible/extended schedule availability.

• Lead daily production operations for aero-structure manufacturing with safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale goals.
• Develop your team through coaching, mentoring, and training.
• Maintain accountability for production KPIs and processes.
• Champion safety and quality; ensure compliance with processes and FOD control.
