Job summary

Monogram Aerospace Fasteners is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Commerce, CA. The role leads production across departments to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets while coordinating with maintenance and planning teams.

You will train staff, enforce quality and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing floor. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of plant or general manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years plant/general management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Exposure with managing a union environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate production activities across departments to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Supervise multiple departments on the factory floor and train staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company policies; drive Lean initiatives and cost reductions.
• Coordinate with maintenance, planning, and leadership teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
