Job summary

Monogram Aerospace Fasteners is seeking a Qualification Cell Operator for the 3rd shift (9:00 pm–5:30 am, Sunday through Thursday) at our Commerce, CA facility. The role qualifies piece parts to customer and company specs and records data on ASS-01.

Strong English communication, teamwork, and initiative are essential in a fast-paced aerospace environment. Requires a minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience, ability to read blueprints, and proficiency with measuring tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Able to set up assembly station and operate all assembly equipment.
• Must communicate in English verbally and in writing.
• Excellent teamwork and initiative are required.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates all assembly machines as required by management.
• Qualifies work pieces per customer and company specifications.
• Makes data-driven adjustments to ensure qualification meets specifications.
• Records qualification data on form ASS-01 clearly and legibly.
• Provides clear instructions to assembly operators about processing requirements to meet specs.
• Collaborates effectively with team members and management.
• Must qualify two jobs in 8 hours when assigned two jobs.
• Master all other product families as directed by management.
