Qualifications

• 6 years of relevant/technical work experience and 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Or 3 additional years of specific work experience in lieu of degree.
• High mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and scheduling applications.
• Flexibility to changing workloads based on customer requirements.
• Attention to small details and strong math skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage timeclock and attendance exceptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements.
• Oversee daily operations in the machine shop to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of machinery.
• Troubleshoot machinery and production issues promptly.
• Develop and test effective automated and manual systems.
• Provide training and technical support to machinists.
• Read and interpret technical data and drawings.
