Job summary

Eaton’s Aerospace Interconnect division in Camarillo, CA is seeking a Production Supervisor on 1st shift. The role leads Machine and Molding teams, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time production. Salary ranges from $112,000 to $130,000 per year, with a 6:00 am to 2:30 pm schedule, Monday to Friday.

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of manufacturing supervision are required; SAP experience is preferred. Relocation is not offered; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of supervisory/ operations leadership experience in a manufacturing production environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience with machining, molding, or aerospace manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, and quality systems (AS 9100, ISO 14001).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Machine and Molding manufacturing teams at the Camarillo, CA facility.
• Set tasks, priorities, and provide technical support to manufacturing and procurement.
• Coordinate resources with maintenance, materials, scheduling, quality, and engineering.
• Drive continuous improvement using Eaton Lean System and 5S.
• Set department goals, monitor metrics, and lead cross-functional improvements.
• Coach and develop employees, ensuring safety training and performance feedback.
