Sonaca North America is seeking a Production Scheduler Coordinator in Washington, MO. The role supports schedulers to ensure 100% on-time production by managing work orders and coordinating priorities across departments.

Responsibilities include prioritizing documents, monitoring due dates, addressing potential delays, and updating schedules. Strong ERP, Excel, and Word skills plus a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; pre-employment assessment if no diploma.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Excel and Word is required.

Responsibilities

• Print, file, organize and prioritize documents and work orders across departments.
• Coordinate short-flow, priority requirements and monitor due dates to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify potential problems, analyze, and propose alternatives to avoid delays in production.
• Facilitate work order changes and update schedule priorities.
• Support other team positions and departments as required.
• Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams on-site.
