Sonaca North America is seeking a Production Scheduler Coordinator to support schedulers and ensure 100% on-time production through proactive management of each work order. You will help uphold our commitment to quality, lean processes, and continuous improvement while supporting total customer satisfaction.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams on-site and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; pre-employment assessment may be required for those without diploma.
• ERP software, Microsoft Word, and advanced Excel knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Print, file, organize, and prioritize documents and work orders while trailing between departments.
• Manage short flow, priority requirements, and monitor due dates to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify potential problems, analyze, and propose alternatives to avoid delays.
• Update work orders and production schedules with new priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site to meet deadlines.
• Learn company procedures and support other team positions as needed.
