Bascom Hunter, an aerospace and defense hardware company in the United States, is seeking a Production Planner to drive execution across manufacturing operations from prototype to full-rate production. You will align demand, materials, and capacity to ensure feasible schedules and on-time delivery.

You’ll collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering to manage work orders, material readiness, and ramp-up activities, while maintaining ERP/MRP data integrity and scheduling

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 3+ years of production planning or scheduling experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Deltek Costpoint or similar).
• Strong knowledge of BOMs and routing structures.

Mansioni

• Build and manage detailed production schedules based on demand and capacity.
• Align demand and supply to ensure material readiness and realistic shop floor execution.
• Release, prioritize, and track work orders; coordinate PO execution.
• Communicate status and risks to leadership on schedule adherence and material risks.
• Support NPI planning and ramp-up activities.
