Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience managing work orders and supporting purchase order processes within ERP/MRP (Deltek Costpoint or similar).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage production schedules based on demand, material availability, and capacity constraints.
• Align demand and supply by translating program requirements into actionable schedules.
• Release, prioritize, and track work orders and coordinate purchase order execution.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering.
• Monitor material availability, identify shortages, and adjust schedules to mitigate risk.
• Drive on-time delivery by tracking schedule performance and recovery actions.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) with ramp-up planning.
• Analyze capacity and constraints and propose adjustments to improve throughput.
• Maintain ERP/MRP data integrity including lead times and inventory positions.
• Communicate status and risks to leadership with clear updates.
