Job summary

You will develop and maintain production schedules, manage work-order priorities, and collaborate with Operations to align demand, capacity, and delivery.

Proven experience in purchasing, materials planning, ERP/MRP systems, and supplier expediting is required; you will support front-office activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, production planning, materials planning, or related manufacturing roles.
• Proven ability to develop production schedules and manage work-order priorities.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, purchase orders, inventory, and material planning.
• Experience expediting materials and managing supplier delivery commitments.
• Ability to balance customer demand, material availability, and production capacity.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, analytics, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing, material availability, inventory and production requirements for Springfield operations.
• Develop and maintain production schedules and prioritize work orders.
• Manage purchasing activities including PO creation, supplier communication, expediting, and resolving shortages.
• Monitor ERP/MRP data to identify constraints and address issues before impact.
• Collaborate across functions and support front-office and admin tasks as needed.
