Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a related industry.
• Conventional paint application experience.
• Basic/Intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• FAA Safety Sensitive position; must meet FAA drug/alcohol testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and cleaning.
• Mix paint and primer; read work instructions for correct primer/paint.
• Apply primers and paints using spray methods.
• Inspect thickness and adhesion; ensure paint quality and color.
• Maintain equipment and inventory of paints/solvents.
• Log process details including temps, humidity, and cure cycles.
