• Ability to safely use hand tools, measuring equipment and machinery.

• Willingness to learn multiple manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train and perform production operations across areas.
• Use hand tools, power tools, machinery to prepare, clean, repair, assemble components.
• Follow work instructions to cut, shape, bond, form, inject, cure, trim, drill parts.
• Perform chemical cleaning and surface preparation processes.
• Conduct hand cleaning, deburring, and inspection of own work.
• Load, transport, and stage components; operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
