Job summary

Chromalloy Gas Turbine LLC in Windsor, CT is seeking a Production Operator for the 1st shift to work in a fast-paced environment. Essential duties include operating tools, following safety procedures, and cross-training in multiple areas.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment using work instructions is preferred.
• Autobody and Mechanical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cross train on operations within multiple areas.
• Use hand, power, and machine tools for various processes.
• Follow standard operating procedures to shape and bond parts.
• Use inspection devices to ensure quality of operations.
• Perform hand cleaning, loading, and delivering aircraft parts.

Skills

Ability to use hand tools and gauges

Fluent in English

Autobody and Mechanical background

Experience in a manufacturing environment

Education

HS Diploma or equivalent
