Consolidated Precision Products Corp. (CPP) in Albany, OR is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the Weekday Swing Shift. You will lead and develop a production team, driving performance in safety, quality, throughput, and cost, under the Senior Operations Manager.

This role emphasizes coaching, problem solving, and cross‑functional collaboration to keep production safe, efficient, and on schedule. You will work on producing high‑quality titanium castings and components for aerospace, with

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of lead/supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Familiarity with pull production methodologies.
• Experience coaching employees, managing performance, and providing effective feedback.
• Ability to develop team members and encourage independent problem solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage projects, solve problems, and balance competing production priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Four-year degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop your team with day-to-day leadership and support.
• Build a positive, accountable work environment that fosters teamwork and engagement.
• Coach employees, provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, and support training.
• Assist with hiring, assignments, wage adjustments, and performance management.
• Empower team members to identify problems, develop solutions, and own their work.
• Promote a zero-injury culture and support safety initiatives.
• Ensure production activities follow procedures, quality standards, and customer specs.
• Monitor right-first-time performance and lead problem-solving efforts to reduce errors.
• Coordinate daily production to meet throughput and on-time delivery goals.
• Optimize staffing, equipment use, and production schedules.
• Lead improvement projects and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and others.
• Support Lean, pull production, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help develop and improve performance metrics for teams and individuals.
